Up to 45 narrows down the options some, if you can find a SiCo Omega 45k that would work. I use an Omega 9k on a 9mm carbine and it works well. SiCo Hybrid 46 works well, but is significantly heavier than a dedicated pistol caliber can.
Rugged Obsidian 45 would seem to check all the boxes, but I don't have one in hand to personally recommend like I do the SiCos.
