Strange high speed from Obermeyer barrel

I'm watching this..I just bought a new 300 WM and it has a 26" 5R Obermeyer barrel.
The first 3 shots it ever fired was .415 at 100 yards with Federal factory ammo!
I think I can reduce that! The guy who built it says it's a shooter?

Cherish that Obermayer barrel. You may not get another, he had a bad stroke this year.
