I tried an Optima LR 3-4 years ago. 2 jugs of Blackhorn and numerous bullets and sabots in a weeks time made me send it back for a refund. **** thing even put Hornady SSTs in the target sideways @100 yards. My old Knight KP1 shoots way better.
So what muzzleloader should i get??

Since smokless is allowed in MD I would get one of the smokless TC encore that has a Jeff Hankins barrel n Ignition System and muzzle brake. Remember
Any smokless also shoots black horn 209 and the like. The best smokless rifles make the best shooting BH209 rifles. This way you have both.
Keep any eye out on Gun Broker and the like for rifles. Been seeing some of them pop up.
And JHankins makes superb rifles and barrels.
