Gonna be one helluva critter getter!
What velocity are you expecting/hoping for with your barrel length and load?

I'd love 2800fps. Any slower than 2700fps and I'll be yanking the barrel and it'll be a tomato stake. And the new barrel will be a 375Rum lol

I did load work on several 338 megas.. 2760s was about it with a 22 and 250 berger. We were trashing brass past that mark really..atleast for me

I kinda suspect to be in that range. Pushing on the back of that .375 creates a more pressure so the velocity is increased, according to Rich himself. He had the 270gr at 2715fps and that was with a lot of bullet in the case.

This is my first wildcat and first full custom rifle as well. I've never had to start load development without little to no published load data. So I'm open to anyone who can help point the right direction and excited to learn.

I honestly had that same thought. I asked Tyler today when I ordered the reamer. His answer was kinda . Lol

Imagine that lol.. far as I can tell same case so can't see why not.. start low end and work up maybe .3.. depending on powder

Kinda my thoughts too. I have N550, so I'm gonna start with that i think.
