Are all the brass (6.5ss, 7ss, 300ss, 338ss) the same dimensions? I am looking to get more 338ss brass but none is in stock. Wondering if I could buy 6.5ss or even 300ss brass and neck it up.

I believe so, 338 max you have to neck up from 7mm

Yes. If you get Sherman SS brass of any variety, you can resize the neck to be 338. They all begin at 7mm.

Note: MAX and SS are not the same

Has anyone used the Reloader 23 in the 7SS. I looked at the load data and mostly saw Reloader 26. I have read that the 23 is more temp stable than 26.

RE50 80gr
Berger LRHT 190gr seated to touch lands

2850 fps

After playing with the tuner brake, I had 3 shots in about 0.35"….5 shots blew up to 0.7" because the load is not tuned at all!

I know you need a real load!

RL 23 has been the most accurate powder in my 6.5 SS, with the best ES. don't know about temp stability.

I run 59.5 of RL 23 in my 7 Saum for 2910 and is very accurate. 60.7 was max. BR2 primer. It's an awesome powder.
