No. Starkey isn't really known for huge bulls. Occasionally one comes out of there off of private land but it is a general hunt so any mature bull is a trophy.

Maybe I was thinking of Mt. Emily.... I thought there was a unit up there that was hard to draw a tag for branch antlered bulls. I forget.

Mt. Emily, walla walla and Wenaha are the holy grail units of Oregon. The first two you have a small chance of drawing a bull tag... If you draw a wenaha tag...go buy lottery tickets.
