Can you describe the few small scuffs on the glass.

Sure can, both ends of several very fine marks, the best way that I can describe these are like a wear in the top protective coating on the glass, it does not appear or feel as though the glass itself is scratched. Here are a few more pictures I just took trying to capture them- these blems cannot be seen looking through the scope. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
