Have you tried his email address he left on the forum and/or sending him a PM here on LRH?
Do you have his actual physical address? That's something I always ask for and then I go to the county property appraiser's office for the county that property is in to see who the real owner is. If he's not the owner then he could be a tenant or could be trying to trick you.
I know that might be a lot of hassle for a $60 transaction but I've done it for less than $20 before. It's basically due diligence.
If you used Venmo I'm pretty sure they will be more than interested to find out this guy might be a scammer and even if they don't get your money back, they'll surely block him from using Venmo or PayPal (PayPal owns Venmo) ever again. There is some satisfaction in a gotcha done that way at least.

If this information is correct his full name is Corey Dale Golson and it even lists his email address as the same one he gave you in the classifieds. His address and a lot more information about him is included below. If he still holds the insurance license you can get him in huge trouble by reporting this to the people that issue him that license.... You can think me later...

Looking at the other post... it seems like you paid yesterday and posted this as a warning the same day? Or am I mixing this up with another buy thread?
So, the guy, C416R, joined in 2012 and has a zero trader rating, and very little posting activity. Seems odd he would run a scam for a measly $60 but I really hope you either get your brass or get your money back. Since he still shows as active have you filed a trader rating for this transaction to warn others? Best of luck.
