What is interesting about that diagram is that the large shank is 5/8" & the small shank is 7/8"….the logic behind this is mind bending!?!?! Thanks for the insight, rifle is still available at $675.

Dropped a rifle at my FFL yesterday to be transferred, shipped & insured for $575….total cost was $94. Cost of logistics is steadily rising & it has been calculated into the asking price. The current asking price of $650 is Firm & Final for this rifle, thanks for your understanding!

ttt, this is a fine hunting rifle with a lot of life left in the barrel. This is an older model 116 with the better action & barrel than the more current version of this model.
