Savage 110 extractor gone!!!

You can also get it directly from Savage, and they might even replace it for free.

For what it's worth, Savage refused to send me a new extractor and the little spring clip that hold the extractor and ejector to the bolt body on my FV-SR 22lr without telling them I was an FFL and sending them the info first a few weeks ago. I thought it was pretty unbelievable...and now I am the official Savage parts orderer for my FFL. Still haven't called again yet though, I was able to file the extractor and bend the clip a little more for now.

I agree.......was told just today that Savage replaced a .224 Valkirey Brl. for free.......it was throwing wild flyers.

My son in law brought his Savage 110 in 270 Winchester over for us to sight in. Shot one shot and the shell stayed in the gun.
It had no extractor when I removed the bolt. He has no clue how or when. He didn't even know it was missing.

My question is where and what would be the best place to get one?

Brownells or Midway?
