Sauer 100 rifle

So if they are indeed press fit barrels. Is it possible to thread them for a muzzle break without taking the barrel off?

That depends on the lathe the gunsmith has.

This is an interesting review including how Sauer have fitted the barrels into their Model 100 rifles. We may see more rifles done this way in the future.
