Try similar loads on the 2 year old cases and fresh cases.

Did you verify drops at distance 2 years ago? Or just take the chrono's word for it?
75gr RL33 in a 26 Nosler sounds WAY low to me. I run RL33 in 26, 28, and 30 Noslers, and have NEVER been that low for charge weight.

Had the fps put into my strelok app..3200fps...dialed up 777yd rock and 1000yd rock....didnt make the correct wind call on 777..missed right by a few inches...and didn't correct on 1000 rock...about a foot right....two different times..two different mountain ranges....
this is a nosler patriot..not a heavy barrel....reduced to 75 to keep rifle from tearing up any more hat brims...
max of 79 was destroying pockets..
dont recall fps...
did not shoot paper at long distance..paper at 400yd was right where it was supposed to be...

What if you pulled, dumped, neck resize, reload and then run thru chrony? Using same brass and primer then.

Yep...have some loaded still....gonna do that very thing.....even gonna pull a couple extras and run a fps test by adding powder to other loaded ammo......gotta do it all to verify anything.....

Are you really sure of your previous velocities at 75gr? Were they written down because the 75 gr looks spot on for a 26" barrel. Just a thought because I once transposed some 300WSM data for a 165 AB and had it going faster than my range book readings. I keep a range book that I record all data at range then I move to my load binders which us where I screwed up the data transfer. Just a thought cause that's what I did.

Yup....i know my 7rum was shooting a 168lrab at 2950...that rock at 777 took 15 or so moa.....
The 26 only took 10.5moa(been a few years) and both were sited at 200yds.....
Keep kicking my own 'but' for selling the the 7rum.....that rifle shot really well.............but that guy wanted it really bad.......all the brass..dies..a few bullets..ss rifle..stockys stock....
Should have sold my kid instead...

Okay...heres a write up in pics...hope y'all can read it..didnt feel like typing it.............sorry for sideways..way it loaded...
So..basically 'rebuilt loads' to try to confirm results...DIDNOT hit 3200fps...surprised at that...but adding higher loads in 1/2gr I thought I was pushing it enough...
Target 1 shows first 4 shots......target 2 shows the rest of the rounds...
So if I peruse the higher node of 79gr with ejector marks..im sure to lose brass fast....75gr showing 100fps faster than other day...not quite sure why.....chrony seemed to be working very well..test started with my 22 pistol to make sure to catch the shot...fresh battery...

Story 2....both 65284s???
Notice the numbers...bouncing around in fps as loads went from 51.5gr rl23 to 52.1gr.....
I really haven't any idea on this....as the 26 was first rifle fired in each set of shots.....142Lrabs....

Are temperatures the same? Some powders display fairly wild swings in some cartridges with small temperature differences in certain ranges. LVR can show very little velocity change from 0-75F and from 80-85F start blowing primers, for example.

About 35 degrees last couple days I started shooting...and usually close enough that I'm out of the rockpit before it hits 60s....

I shoot about same time each year...when morning temps start getting near freezing.....that way it's very close to my hunting temps....
