I have used RL33 in 16 different 28 Noslers now. 12 with the 195 Berger EOL, 2 with the 197 SMK, and 2 with the 184 Hybrids.
The 195 & 197s from 3090 to 3165fps depending on where the rifle liked them best. From the high .0s to the mid .3s. Most were customs, but a couple were higher end factory rifles. Most were heavy (12-16#), a few moderate (10-12#), and a couple under 9# scoped.
