RL 33 & 338 LM eld-x 270gr

I used that Alliant data to extrapolate some loads. One load at 94 grains had overlapping holes. Pleased with that but velocity around 2600. Appreciate the feedback - not ready to give up on the eld-x 270gr. Will try some other suggested powders!
RL 26, I have a pretty good load at 89.5 grains getting 2905fps. Es of 7 Sd of 2.5. Seated 0.015 off lands. Oal is 3.83 ish. I'm at work for another few weeks, don't have my recipe book handy. I've run 33 with the 300 Bergers, getting 2835fps pretty easy load.

I use RL33 in my 338 Lapua Improved. I stoke 94 grains of RL33 under a Beger 300 gr. Elite Hunter and get 2,980 fps (28" barrel with 9.3 twist). I have run this combo up to 3,150 fps without pressure, but best node is just under 3,000 fps. Could not get to same velocity with either H1000 or Retumbo. Haven't tried N570 or 8133 yet. No need to with current results.

How is the temp sensitivity with RL33?

I have heard others say that it can be temp sensitive, but I have not found that to be the case. Haven't done any testing of my own, but I live in AZ where things can get rather warm - even in late Fall.

Manufacturer say RL25 is more temp insensitive than RL33. I plan on trying some once the shelves fill up again. (Still have 4 lbs of RL33 on hand).
