My condolences to you and the entire Hart family!
My first dedicated prairie dog rifle was built on a Rem Sportsman 78 action with a 1-15" twist #7 Hart barrel chambered for .223. Loved that barrel! And I still shoot off a Hart benchrest!

I own one Hart barreled rifle. The most accurate, slickest, easiest cleaning of any gun I've had. My condolences to the family and friends of Mr Paul.

Condolences to his family. Sad to hear that. My first, and only so far, custom barrel is a Hart, 1-8 25 cal barrel on my 25-06. I bought it specifically for hammer , 116 grain bullets. Finally, after much frustration, I found the right load and seating depth that is yielding me 1" groups at 200 yards. I'm a happy camper for sure.
