Revic BLR 10b vs Sig Kilo 10k

Gen 2 is a lot better than their Gen 1 effort. Id is really nice. Sig did improve wind inputs significantly as well as optics.

Since we are big on ballistic turrets for hunting, the advanced "shoot to" range feature on the Revic is a requirement.

I do like that also - handy with dual readouts on turret. Still trying to figure out why Br4 and Revic aap won't agree with BR4 off by 1 to 2 moa. Still playing with it. Matching pressures doesn't work, perhaps Sr-SA, Because App uses some of BR4 inputs but not all its a learning curve. Need to spend a day in field with it. The app is dead on and matches my AB app and equipment

Commendable for you to state that. I own a software company and am not afraid to point out to my customers that a certain "competitor" has some pretty cool stuff.

I think it really depends on your needs/wants out of the unit. If your wanting the best rangefinder abilities I think sig is gunna be hard to beat. From everything I've read the leica is the best glass but the finder is kinda slow. Again, this is just what I've heard. The revic is undoubtedly really really good.

The Sig challenge is cold weather performance. Thats the reason I went Revic. Then fog and snow which is a challenge for all.

What's the cold weather difference between the two?
Rokslide did a test from in the freezer overnight and Revic worked but Sig didn't. But Freezers are zero degrees - I would test in cooler at 32. But my sig doesn't like freezing temps. Best to keep under jacket and manually assign temp.

I just hunted in Idaho when it was 14-34 degrees. Had my range finder In those temps and worked fine for 4 days. It's a 9k hand held. It was in the pocket on my hip belt. Or sitting on the ground when glassing.
