Resizing, before or after annealing

There's been a lot of posting on annealing. Now do you anneal before or after you resize? And what effect does it have on whether your brass is dead soft or not?

Anneal first, then size. If you anneal correctly ( regardless of type annealing used ) you won't have dead soft necks.
Temperature and time mean everything when annealing.

Depending on the round after 3-5 firings I'll anneal before resizing again.

The more you work brass without annealing the more it hardens and becomes brittle.

Yes annealing every time would be a good idea for extreme consistency on high pressure loads.

I've always believed before you size so the brass is soft enough to move the metal without work hardening or dimpling when sizing.

Dimpling was not the right word have seen someone trying to set the shoulder back and crush the case.

I Anneal before sizing. Tension is better with less spring in the necks.
I do before I form, Then after, then every 2 firings.
