I just swap out with PT&G one piece bolts for my builds, I also swap out cocking pieces with PT&G pieces, I know they are correct every time.
Too much time to move handles these days.

Sold my business, no jigs to use, so time taken to fit a handle without a TIG welder is ridiculous.

Hmm. I'll have to see if this jig is worth it.
I wasn't worried about any of that when I made this post. I'm not the most prestigious TIG welder but it's relatively easy for stuff like this for me.
I've taken the handles off before, it takes like 30 seconds with an oxy/acetylene torch and a pair of big pliers.
My plan was to just use some magnets like any other welding project and make some tac welds before stitching it in. Probably like 5 minutes of welding.

It's just easier for me to open a mail box from PT&G these days and have a correct fluted bolt ready to go.
