As Jack O'Connor said you will not notice much if any difference with a well placed shoot with any cartridge from 270 win. to 300wm. The main thing is what ever you use learn to shoot it well and learn your limits with it, don't try and be cocky and act like you can do more than you can. Use the right bullet for what your shooting, make good shot placement, don't take risky shoots.
