I had high hopes when I first saw it and thought the new design looked good. Sliding the bolt back and forth on the rails was pretty smooth, although seeing the first one ever with that issue was a big let down for an $1800 rifle.

I bet they'll get the kinks ironed out. I think this is a much improved rifle. Glad to see them going in a good direction.

me too! Ron Spomer gave it high praises. He says it's got upgraded metals, tighter tolerances, a friggin AG Composites stock.......I'm rooting for them big time. I know many are burned from their cutting every corner all the way into bankruptcy, but the new CEO is a hunter and shed a lot of distracting things and brands so they can focus on guns.
This ought to compete well with the new Weatherby 307??
