Reloader 26 in 6.5 creedmoor

Excited to try these, be fun to experiment with. Anybody have any experience with the 150 mk on game?
Yep. This is the exit on a pronghorn @ 183 yards. 150 SMK @ 3117MV. The sound of the impact was freaky. That "whop" we all love was very loud. The pronghorn dropped and never even twitched.

I'm waiting on a 26" Bartlein to be spun up on my Tikka. I'm thinking I should be in the near PRC speed range.

I'm curious to see how they shoot as my H 4350 load is very accurate but 2750 with the 140. Also brass life.

Bumping up as I've been working on some R26 and 140 eldm. I see speer has some data now for 140's

With a 26" barrel 2.820 coal 210m primer hornady brass I got 3009 fps at 48.5 gr. No obvious pressure signs but over saami I'm sure. 47 gr got 2900. Going to work around there on a load.
That's 6.5X284Norma speed! This is what makes me disappointed in my 6.5X284Norma with a 140gr? I have a 26" 6.5 Creedmoor that is 50-75 fps slower with the same bullet and 42 gr of RL17 and it's not pressured out?!
I should eventually, start sacrificing my limited supply of RL26, to experiment in 6.5 Creedmoor's...

Well, honestly when I saw the speeds guys were getting with R26 I was very skeptical. Now that we have some data out there I can see the potential. I suspect it has to do wirh the burn rate and the area under the curve. That is your getting a little longer push with the slower burning powder.

That's the scary thing. I run it in 6.5 CM, 6.5 PRC, 7 WSM, 7 RM, 300 WSM, and can't find any... I hope the floodgates open soon with RL-26 and N-570!
