Recommendations for shooting sticks?

Another vote here for Trekking poles with the Wiser precision connector. You can make a lot of accurate shots using poles you already carry with you.
I wanted to try that, but opted for the monopod so I could adjust while sitting down. My hiking poles are not quick to adjust. I agree though, it does make sense to use what you're already carrying. 👍

I wouldn't say my trekking poles are super fast to adjust, but if I'm taking a shot long enough to need them, I'll probably have time to adjust them.

For a quick height adjustment, I don't mess with the poles. I simply cant/angle the poles towards or away from me to get the desired height. If I have time, I can mess with the poles, but I find I almost never need to do this. I use my backpack for the stock support in the rear.
