Really Really really confused...no really!

I use one for everything in each given rifle. From Elk to paper. Different uses require different rifles. Specialty tools for specialty jobs...........Again, My opinion.

Good point. I have that for shotguns. I was thinking more an all around gun like a 30'06....I was not thinking of what my NEW 300 win mag. Actually you opinion is a valid one....and a good point....i agree...but i am still to cheap to buy custom turrets.

On my Leupold SFP, I can tune my subtensions to hit anything out to 600 yards. Beyond that, I'm cranking up the vertical. Most of my shots are below 600 even in the southwest. So fitting a one cartridge/hunting elevation turret dial may have benefits, but you're stuck with it like I am. If you master vertical adjustments where ever you go, and whatever load, you're better off in the end. Not many people like/understand subtensions on a SFP scope as I peruse the forums.

LOL, nice dig Brother. 🤣

Run roh, did I screw up? I read all scope instructions and man I get slammed for that by my friends, family and forums, lol!
Engineers (me) are total nerds. I mean no ill will to the OP!
It's a whiskey kind of night, I'm feeling.
LOL! No, you did not screw up; the OP was last seen on Feb 17, 2012. Have some whiskey for me too. I haven't had any since my surgery last Aug 23; waiting after my follow-up appointment on Dec 2 before I have a drink, and hopefully, it is a celebratory occasion. Cheers!
