So what kind of camera are you useing to film this? Seems like it does a great job of zooming in on those long shots.

I absolute love this little camera! It is made by Sony and is a true high definition. It has Carl Zeiss lenses, super steady shot, 15X optical zoom with 15 hrs. of recording internal memory. It also has a still camera feature that has been so handy. There is a slot for an SD card for putting the still pictures right onto the card as well. The model is HDR-SR10. The only thing I wish it had were and eye viewer because on really sunny days it can be hard to see on the flip out screen. Otherwise I'd buy another in a heartbeat!
