Powder & Primers for 308 win???

Try some H4895. I'm using it with 185 juggernauts right now with great accuracy. It also shot very well with Sierra 168 and 175 Matchkings. It gives good velocity and accuracy and is also very useful in other cartridges. Using Federal Match primers and Lapua brass.

I have a Remington 700 vts .308 nothing done to it i have a load with 47.9grs of cfe223 that shot 4rds touching and one off to the right about a 1/2" do to me being in a hurry and the same day shot a slightly smaller group of 4 with 43.9grs of IMR4064 with one about an 1/8" off do to me. all rds with Lapua cases CCI200 primers and Sierra 168mk. Have not checked mv yet.

I like CFE 223 and RL 15 and had good results with both. The CFE 223 in my Ruger 77 VT in ,223 will put 55 grain Nosler Bt and 60 grain partitions in 200 yard target touching each other. I use CCI 400 primers with mixed manufacture cases and good results for the 223. The 308 win is under development and looks like 155 grain Berger bullets and Hornady 150 SST are the winners with RL15.
