Varget I'd the gold standard. 4064 is mimicking the FGMM loads. XBR is another good option. But Varget for the win

45 gr of Varget and a 168Amax/ELDx is super accurate.
If you want to dabble, aa2460 is easily found and inexpensive and 49 grains pushes a 130 Barnes TTSX (easily found as well) at 3130 FPS from my 18" 308 bolt gun. Super accurate also and good to 500-550 for hunting.

As said varget but if you decide to go lighter mono tac is the ticket.

My standard gas gun load uses Varget, but I'd happily use IMR 4064 if it were more accessible (though it's more expensive in my area).
