Posting to classifieds

I think you have to have so many post before you can post to classifieds, but I don't know what that number is.

Hmmm... I have 13 so far.
So I just went over to the classifieds and looked and was notified:
(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)
So I'm still confused ... Sorry

Thought I'd just tag onto this post instead of starting a new post. But I've been past the 10 post for several days and still cannot reply to a for sale ad, in the classifieds. Was hoping you could help? Thanks in advance...
