Send a message to Chris or Len backus and They will get you straightened out it takes some time to do it automatically but many times it does not work it seems.I'm too quick on the trigger and should've read further down the page it's been taken care of sorry guys

Our system is dynamic, as we are attempting to limit known spammers.
So there isn't always a direct answer as our system gets triggered etc.
