Is the top plywood attached to spin similar to a lazy susan? That would be a significant upgrade to a flat top.

Yes, in fact that is a lazy Susan bearing that it turns on, my sons didn't think it was worth the trouble and just used plain tops on theirs. Since I have changed rest I probably wouldn't go to the trouble again. Just throw a towel under the rest and slide it....

rest weighs 6 or eight lbs and slides easily.. John

Great idea, how much?

One of my sons is a building contractor and has several, I think he said they were around 100 bucks each, they come in pairs and snap together and stack well in the truck. I just bought a set of clamps for my top, they are about 50 bucks for a pair. The horses are rated for a 1000lb load, they are stout.... John

It doesnt look like any of these have adjustable legs. What do you do when you are on uneven ground?
