For me it's almost always the shooter haha, if I'm having trouble with a known shooter I always start going over my fundamentals. It usually corrects my problems. Good luck man, beautiful rifle by the way.

Well I don't know if it was torquing down the action to 65ft lbs, drilling out the action bolt holes or sanding down the small groove in the rear tang or all of the above but appears that it solved the issue. I ran another seating depth test tonight and confirmed that my gun prefers the hybrid .040 thou off the lands. Here is my 200 yard target at that seating depth.

I'm going to load some more up when I get more brass and confirm the load. Thanks everyone for the assistance!!
