Over-spinning bullet…until they come apart

So...they didn't give me any specific RPM or velocity.

It's called covering their backside…

Very few of the bullets I have torn apart even have a maximum RPM listed, but Speer TNT certainly did. It was expressed both in max velocity and RPM. I used to shoot Berry's target bullets, they definitely have a limit on RPM.
