Where are the big bears ? In the US ....surprise North Carolina... give Conmans guide service a look.lots of research went into this I have taken a few bears, : ) but never hunted NC will eventually its on the list.All of my hunts have been diy on public land its alot of work and planing but i feel its worth it. Just my .02
