I'm still thinking a fast twist 7 is as good as it gets from mice to moose in North America. A quick search over at Midway shows 100gr to 197gr bullet options. Choose your case and head to the races.
- 7mm Rem Mag will always be plentiful.
- 7mm PRC is too hot right now not to stay forever.
- 280AI seems to be making the transition from mysterious and secret to a bit more mainstream.
- 7mm-08 is a reliable mountain cartridge for many guys I know, but it seems a little more difficult to easily locate on shelves.
- 28 Nosler is another solid option if you like hot rods.
