Watching this one. Those .277 cal -168gr bullets look like a dream come true. Don't have the twist for it but should be worthy of a new barrel.

.270 Winchester, 145 Sledge Hammer, 56 grains H4831, Federal 215, 75 yards? Pretty much DRT. Wish it had 100% snow cover, so the bleed out would show better. He had a picture with hide off, but since deleted it. Pretty impressive bullet path inside as well.

2 management bucks shot at 125-150 yards with 98 gr Sledge Hammers from 25-06 at at 3181 fps....1 DRT and other went 20 yds!

Most 22/250's have a slow 1 in 14 twist to shoot light bullets at fast speeds. This could be something to check out for those desert dogs. Not checking my manuals, I'm saying around 3600 fps easy. Very interesting indeed.
