Not quite long range...cow elk

Sitting 550 yards, cross canyon, Tikka T3x Superlite (originally 7mm-08) 284 win. Barnes 145 LRX handloads. I don't quite trust my CDS dial yet and my scope has a B&C Reticle so I went old school and used the top of the picket and 16 inches of holdover. Shot was low chest and cow went about 30 yards and folded up.

Used a tripod for the front rest and my pack across my thigh for rear support.

I really like the entire deal! Great rifle, great cartridge, great load and an excellent shot! Not to mention all the elk meat!
