Nosler Factory ammo 150 gr BT in 7 mag

Not factory ammo but the 150 BT in my hand loads were great as far as accuracy goes. Haven't harvested anything with them but they're a real good bullet. A lot of guys use them. I wouldn't hesitate to.
I had a few Federal Vital Shok in the same bullet the shot great but they are discontinued. I bought the Nosler hoping they will shoot close to the Federal. 3 shot group at 100 yards , all holes touching.

I ran them in my 7STW breaking in the barrel, quite accurate, only reason is I use them in my 7-08 and had them on hand.
I know the bullets work, but is the ammo accurate, or you just don't know yet?

Cheers.

Anyone shooting these in the 7 mag? I have q 22" Browning X bolt, 1-8 twist. Running out of time to experiment.
Excellent bullet. Used them for years. Apparently Nosler made the jacket stronger as I've shot BTs clean through a 12" pine tree. Early version tended to blow up on shoulder at close range, but always killed.the animal. I use 150gr BTs in a 7 mag and 180 BTs in the old '06. Can't beat the price!

Same here. BTs, partitions & accubonds are all fantastic bullets
Nosler bullets have always been my go to hunting bullets for up to 300yds... After that I tend to look more at Berger Classic like the 135gr Berger Classic Hunter in 6.5 because I feel that the long range accuracy is better than Noslers. May just be my own experience. I also really like the TMK and TGK offerings from Sierra in all the calibers I shoot.

Accubonds have been lights out in a 7mm 08, and 300 WSM for me. Killed several whitetail with each, the 300 have been great out to 550 yards, one shot one kill most of the time. Nosler makes good bullets.
