I was worn out from a long week last night and was asleep early. The best show I have seen was in August after a snowstorm dumped 15 inches on our caribou camp. It was on the south slope of the Atigun pass. A full 360-degree light show with crackling sounds like we were under power lines in the rain. I hope to see the lights tonight. I am jealous of you guys that saw them last night. Thanks for posting pictures.

Not a very good picture, but I was able to see a hint of it. I'm here on the TX coast an hour south of Houston. Gonna drive outside of town and try and get a better photo tonight.

What a show! We drove a ways away from the house, into a very dark area…..WOW! Folks around here got great photos from in town.

For a short period of time, we had them directly above……appearing to radiate outward from a central location. Then…..there were flashes of light in it, looking like very week lightening! memtb
