They are attacking our Constitutional Rights through their propaganda media, funded and owned by anti-American globalists. They are attacking our Constitutional rights through the proxy of Komsomol/Hitler Youth esque socialist movements for rabid, brainwashed adolescents, inflamed by educators who sound more like political commissars. They are attacking our Constitutional rights by convincing weak-minded useful idiots with a victim mentality that nobody cares about real rights except "racist old white men", and who then denounce gun owners as "racists". And now they are attacking our Constitutional rights through the courts run by world money, with the backing of entities who can easily outspend and outlawyer any grass roots organization made up of real human beings.

These neoMarxist enemies of freedom are trying to snuff out the rights which made America different. They are the ones that the FBI should be investigating, who should be on trial for treason. They need to be stopped. Get in line and join the NRA today, because there is strength in numbers. If you own one gun. If you care one bit about the American Ideal - the enlightened concept of individual rights and the rule of citizens over regulated government; a system that was unique in all the world. Get in line people. Join the NRA; mass email every politician you can reach and let them know you are sick of the attacks. If the NRA falls, the anti-American left will take your guns....

....And you too at some point. Read history. Know these people and what they do. Anybody who does not know their enemy from reading history is just living on borrowed time with their head in a sack.

In documents filed in NRA v. Andrew Cuomo, Maria T. Vullo, and The New York State Department of Financial Services the NRA warns of the possibility that it could face financial ruin because of Gov. Cuomo's (D) alleged "blacklisting campaign."

The NRA's suit comes two months after New York's Department of Financial Services (DFS) declared the organization's Carry Guard insurance "illegal" and mandated the cancellation of all such policies in the state. The Times Union quoted Vullo saying, "[New York] will not tolerate conduct by any entity, licensed or otherwise, in contravention of New York Insurance Law, especially when that conduct is such an egregious violation of public policy designed to protect all citizens."

DFS went on to fine the underwriter for Carry Guard $7 million, even though the underwriter is based in Kansas City, rather than New York.

The NRA now alleges:

Together with DFS Superintendent Vullo, his longtime lieutenant, Cuomo has embarked on a campaign to chill the political speech of the NRA and other so-called "gun promotion" organizations by leveraging state power to punishing financial institutions which maintain "business arrangements with the NRA." To achieve this, Defendants draw upon the formidable regulatory powers of DFS—an agency charged with ensuring the stability and integrity of New York's financial markets.

At Cuomo's behest, Vullo and DFS have threatened, and continue to threaten, regulated institutions with costly investigations and penalties should they fail to "discontinue[] . . . their arrangements with the NRA." And Defendants have already carried out some of these threats. Within a single week, DFS levied multi-million dollar fines against two insurance-industry firms that dared to do business with the NRA. Under intense scrutiny, both firms were coerced to terminate their business arrangements with the NRA and its members—including arrangements having nothing to do with the allegedly unlawful conduct cited by DFS. A DFS press release publicizing one recent enforcement action makes clear the gravamen of Defendants' campaign: financial institutions regulated by DFS must refrain from "[e]ntering into any . . . agreement or arrangement," which "involv[es] the NRA, directly or indirectly"—or face the consequences.

Additionally, the NRA noted that on April 20, 2018, Cuomo tweeted: "The NRA is an extremist organization. I urge companies in New York State to revisit any ties they have to the NRA and consider their reputations, and responsibility to the public."

In light of the numerous actions allegedly taken by Cuomo, Vullo, and DFS, the NRA notes, "The NRA's inability to obtain insurance in connection with media liability raises risks that are especially acute; if insurers remain afraid to transact with the NRA, there is a substantial risk that NRATV will be forced to cease operating."

They add: "If the NRA is unable to collect donations from its members, safeguard the assets endowed to it, apply its funds to cover media buys and other expenses integral to its political speech, and obtain basic corporate insurance coverage, it will be unable to exist as a not-for-profit or pursue its advocacy mission. Defendants seek to silence one of America's oldest constitutional rights advocates. If their abuses are not enjoined, they will soon, substantially, succeed."

Same here. Completely agree.
I appreciate how Ben Shapiro articulates the importance of not only the right to bear arms but free speech. The two are of course linked, with the moves to truncate NRA friendly opinions being preambles to moves to disarm. Shapiro has helped me with some of the technical points of debate.
I hope to have the courage to speak and debate coworkers etc. who would be (in theory) happy to broadly ban guns.

Democrats are many things, but stupid is not one of them. They won't just outlaw guns one day and go door to door taking them by force, as that's a fools errand. They will degrade our rights little by little until the next generation doesn't know to miss what we had. Just look at what has happened in the last generation to our society. Better take a stand now so our kids don't have to.

Agree with all their stances or not... they are the single most important allie we as gun owners have. If it weren't for the NRA, we would have already lost our gun rights... and other amendments would go unprotected and fall by the wayside. We would be enslaved by tyranny at it's utmost.
If you are a gun owner, a freedom lover and care about the future of this country and your children and your children's children, it is your duty to do whatever it takes to defend those freedoms. 35.00 a year is a menial contribution to help secure our future. Each of us need to get involved, write our congressmen, vote and donate to those that stand at the forefront to secure freedom.

There are of course several million firearm owners out here in the "hinterlands" that have no intention of surrendering and going quietly into the night. The tree of liberty brothers. The tree of liberty.

Problem is there are lots more than that that wont spend 5 cents to defend those rights.
A couple hundred million gun owners and maybe, just maybe, 6 million NRA members is a disgrace.
Twenty million members would shut them all up.

There are two kinds of leftists - the peaceful kind who subvert society, and the violent kind who force their beliefs and kill anyone who opposes them.

History shows that the peaceful kind are simply the ones who are not yet strong enough to kill anyone who opposes. There is no philosophical difference in what they believe, it's all a matter of what stage of their revolution they have gotten to.

Could Trump be on a mission with his tweets to flush them out?
He always is! He did the same thing when he got all the Dems together to discuss gun control and he saw just how insane and far they were planning on going if they ever got their way, and then he shut that **** down, because he realized just how nuts and how communist/NAZI they really are about taking away guns and our 2A rights in general.
