Update: Our esteemed colleague Bob Wright has noted important rest hours which I mistakenly overlooked. Here are the hours to augment the 8PM close of business dealings.

I believe that you are in the western time zone? I am eastern time zone so with the not after 8pm and not before 10 am plus the mandatory nap time regulation for each time zone I’ll just assume that you don’t want bothered with PM’s

You guys are much more popular than I am. I’m lucky to get one PM a week so I better not limit my PM times or I may not even get that!
You can usually catch me around 2:00 to 3:00in the morning when I get up to take a leak and then wander aimlessly around the house for an hour. Then I realize the sun is not up, so I go back to bed.
