Someone who has nothing to do the next three months see how fast they can move a golf ball!
I bet its a killer at 3000 FPS

I bought one of those AR uppers that throws golf balls or 12Oz cans and is launched by 223 blanks. It'll launch a golf-ball ~400yds with no wind and a LOT further with a tail wind. I suppose I could try to chrono one so we have a baseline…..

The golf ball/can launcher I linked up top is like an "adult" potato launcher.

Back in the summer, he had a custom built "gold ball cannon" for sale. It had a LR 36" thin wall, high strength steel barrel for reduced weight when hunting mountainous terrain, a breach loader designed for a 12 gauge hull filled with BP and primer, 12" steel wheels for towing behind your favorite ATV/UTV with a built in hitch attachment.

This would let a frustrated hunter/shooter kill two birds with one stone, or golf ball.
