I didn't watch the video but...***? you can shoot the same projectile out of both cartridges. Yes PRC is more likely to come loaded with a high BC boat tail bullet but no reason you can't load what ever you want in there.

I kind of forgot there's people who don't reload. But even at that rate you can buy 300 PRC loaded with ELD-X bullets which will expand just fine
