I had a chance to run a very brief ladder test from 49.0g - 50.0g of Staball match with 150g Hornady SST from my 24" LR-308. I didn't make it very far before I ran into pressure. I fired one round each at 49.0, 49.2, 49.4 and 49.6g with the magnetospeed in place. 49.6g was 3001 f/s and showed an ejector mark that I could just feel with my fingernail. I will be dialing it back to 48.0g and trying again. The Hodgdon data shows the 150g Nosler ballistic tip with data up to 50.0g DEFINITELY start lower!!
