Bump. I'm curious what would be a good action for the 338 EnABELR.

There is a ton of hate for the Enabelr. I wasn't around when it launched so I can't say for sure what went wrong but maybe look into it.

Cheytac seems to be good enough don't see the big benefit for mess something that's harder to keep components to shoot IMO

I had the same thought but he's talking 338. 338 Cheytac/Snipetac is gonna eat the barrel fast. IMO the only benefit to Enabelr over Cheytac is being able to mag feed and who freaking cares when you are talking 4+ seconds of flight time.

If the 338 is even marginally more accurate than the cheytac, then I don't see why choosing the cheytac is beneficial. Also, as Taylorbok said, the cheytac is going to put more wear on the barrel.

Any other thoughts on the hate for the Enabelr? I want to chamber some of what I have in a 338 Enabelr but concerned about the brass becoming not available.
