Need Help Finding Turret Protectors

Maybe an odd question, but I want to get some turret protectors and can't find them. I shoot Leupold and Nightforce scopes primarily. Twice this year I have moved my elevation knob unintentionally while putting my rifle back in the case in the Gator SxS. I see photos of smooth plastic "caps"/covers on turrets that I think are to prevent my problem.
What are these covers called and where do you get them?

Don't think it would be a problem making them for about 5 bucks new they weren't building them figured you could make some lots of things at the hardware store to use. David

It's cheaper to just get in the habit of checking your turrets everytime you grab the rifle.....
