Need help finding value of some scopes

That could be a clone made in China . I bought 1 sent it to Zeiss and they told me that. First I have never seen the reticle on the eye piece. I will get some photos. This is a clone

In the 5th picture of the end of the box, just wondering why all measurements are listed in inches, but the "eye relief" in shown in mm?
