Need advice for XP build

Iv got a 6x284 love it. A little tempramental with VLDs but worth it. Chuck at Mac Guns in WY built mine.

Awesome pics. Love em! Sounds like you guys got me goin in the right direction! TY! Lou your XP looks alot like what I'm shooting for. I'm also goin with a mcm center grip and a similar barrel length. What diameter did your muzzle finish at? Mine's gonna finish at .900 and I'm wondering if I might have gone a little too fat and it may limit my muzzle brake options later, if I choose to get one installed down the road.

Hi immorteq. The barrel on my 260 Rem XP 100 is 15-7/8" long and tapers from 1.25 to 0,89 inches. the pistol with scope and sling weighs 7Lbs 10 oz. I bought it used and don't know who did the gunsmithing. I would not want to add a brake. I my opinion the muzzle blast is already worse then the recoil.
