Does anybody have info on the 156 burger for the 65 PRC
1) ELDX 143, H4831,54.5 gs.2976fps.030 off,F210, sub MOA.I am looking for a load for 6.5 PRC useing 143gr ELDX. And thanks
Can probably go higher but stopped when it all went in the same hole. Also have a 22 barrel.Holy crap that's a pile of rl26. I run 55.5 and and on the warm side. 2815 in a 18" and 2915 in a 22".
I use 56.0 gr. RL26 with 156 Berger. ADG and Fed 210 match. 24 in. barrel. 2936 fps. Very low ES and SD. .400 grps. Could go little hotter but right on edge and very accurate. Stopped thereHoly crap that's a pile of rl26. I run 55.5 and and on the warm side. 2815 in a 18" and 2915 in a 22".
I'd be careful using same data for 153.5 as 156. I did and got major pressure. I'm not sure why but maybe more bearing surface on 153.5 ?This is from Berger, and it includes the 153.5 as well.
I'm use 156 gr bergersDoes anybody have info on the 156 burger for the 65 PRC

I'm using the 156's around .050" off the rifling with ADG brass, Fed 210M, and 55.7 gr H1000 in a 21" barrel, and it yields 2808 fps and dead-nuts accuracy.Does anybody have info on the 156 burger for the 65 PRC
You must have the H1000 super cut-high performance powder.I'm using the 156's around .050" off the rifling with ADG brass, Fed 210M, and 55.7 gr H1000 in a 21" barrel, and it yields 2808 fps and dead-nuts accuracy.View attachment 382832

Be careful with berger data. They don't live fire it, according to their tech I was in communication with... its quickload. Their 156 and 153.5 data set was wildly out of whack before I called them. Lots of guys were running WAY hot based on their recommendations. I'm sad to see they STILL have not fixed it.This is from Berger, and it includes the 153.5 as well.
