My Super Bad Experience with GUNWERKS So Far

According to Gunwerks. A bolt was sent out in April. But they had never notified me of the issue in any way. They also sent it to another city and never tracked it. According to Gunwerks. The bolt never was delivered, it is still showing not delivered and lost. I was not made aware of the issue that they had known about for several months until I called to ask about the problems I was having with the action.
 
I'm curious tho, was the action purchased direct from Gunwerks or bought/traded elsewhere? If bought from Gunwerks directly they should've had your correct address? If bought used then how did they know you owned it to send a bolt to your wrong address?
 
I bought the action direct from Gunwerks.
They did have my current address and phone number at time of purchase. They also had my last 2 address from over the last 14 years aswell. They just sent the bolts to old addresses and never called or wrote me in any way.
 
So now that you've talked to Aaron at gunwerks the problem is solved, right? If so, then I don't see any point in continuing this thread.

I called yesterday to his number provided. No answer. I left a message, have not heard from him yet.
I have talked with Chris at Gunwerks. He has has a bolt coming to them. It is in the raw and we decided to have it completed then sent to me. This will take about a month.
 
How ever it got to this point, it sounds like it is getting taken care of now. That's a good thing. Problem solved....still a mystery. Haha

Steve I got your last post mixed up. No shame on hammer bullets. Sorry for the mix up. All my fault for reading the post wrong.

I'm still a little confused on this whole thread though Aron personally and publicly said call me and he will make it right.... The Op claims that Aron didn't answer and now contact has been made with someone named Chris. I don't think that's how personal phone numbers work. Maybe I'm wrong. But BrianC threads are always left field with communication issues. Maybe it's an issue maybe it's not......
