My Sherman Family

Oh yes he is,,,,,,,I don't see a brown one......
That is funny cause my Filipina wife of 12 yrs said , "I dont see any chocolate colored stocks". She knows I have a sweet tooth for chocolate.

I guess I will call AG on Monday and see if they can do a brown one. I might use that for my 25 Cal Sherman when I decide which one

Awesome collection! I want a 338 bad, just don't know if I need a 33 Sherman or a 338 Mega.
I thought about a 33, but my 338WM already has plenty of recoil for me. I wish there was a gunstock that for certain could reduce the recoil of a big magnum. I've tried manners, tried McMillan, HS Precision can't seem to find one that does a good job of mitigating the recoil

If you're not opposed to brakes it really helps. My 10 lb 338 RUM is a pleasure to shoot with the 5 port TiPro brake.

I've had really good luck with the KS1 from TS Customs, it's pretty similar to the AG Composite Alpine Hunter, Manners EH1 type stocks.

My 33 SM has a Ti Pro 4 ST and it's very mild. 8 lb 15 oz scoped setup and manageable. I am shooting 210-230 class bullet weights which helps alot also. I tried some 250's and that was not enjoyable.

Yeah I'm shooting lighter weight copper bullets as well. I'm sure it does help. I've only tried the 200 gr Apex Afterburner so far at 3200 FPS with R26. My barrel is only a 23" with a 1-9 twist. Next up to try is the 210 HHT. Yours at 9 lb I'd want a brake on it too.

@Justice1327 food for thought, you could do a 338 SS as a swap barrel on your carbon barrel gun. Short action, 20" Carbon barrel, pushing 200-210 gr mono's close to 338 win speeds and compact lightweight setup. Makes for a sweet little brush gun... if that's what you're after anyways
