After being blinded several times from dust and snow shooting from the prone I'll never put another radial brake on rifle period.There's a lot of effective and reasonably priced muzzle brakes out there to choose from and the radials (holes all around) would be my last choice especially when shooting prone.
They need to be bored to the correct note size and indexed to be square to the action/timed. They are a slab style brake.Can you install a pain killer and shoot or do they need to be timed?
